The LawyerNear name, logo, website design, and original content are owned by LawyerNear Inc. and protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LawyerNear does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LawyerNear Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. LawyerNear's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these Terms
